Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of NASCAR Optimals (the “Service”), operated by Appsnovo LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

NASCAR Optimals provides historical NASCAR DFS optimal-lineup data, build rules, and related research tools. A season pass costs $19 (one-time) and grants access through the end of the 2026 NASCAR season.

Accounts

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to Stripe’s terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the member content for your own use. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or systematically extract the optimal lineups, build rules, or any other member data;
• resell, redistribute, publish, or share the data or your access with others;
• use automated means to access the Service, or attempt to circumvent access controls or paywalls;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.

All content and data are owned by Appsnovo LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and other remedies available to us.

No betting or financial advice

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not betting, wagering, gambling, investment, or financial advice, and we do not operate daily fantasy contests. We make no guarantee of any results, winnings, or outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appsnovo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
