We want you to be happy with NASCAR Optimals. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your $19 season pass within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@appsnovo.comfrom the email address on your account and let us know you’d like a refund. We’ll process it back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within a few business days. Your member access ends once the refund is issued.

After 30 days

Purchases made more than 30 days ago are non-refundable, since the season pass is a one-time digital purchase. If something isn’t working, please reach out anyway — we’re happy to help.
