NASCAR Optimals is operated by Appsnovo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@appsnovo.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image. We use this to create and identify your account.
• Membership and purchase records. We store whether you have an active season pass, the access period, and identifiers from your Stripe payment (such as the customer and checkout-session IDs). We do not collect or store your card number — payments are processed entirely by Stripe.
• Essential cookies. We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use your information

• Provide and secure access to the member dashboard.
• Process payments and honor refunds.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain, protect, and improve the service.

Service providers we share data with

• Google — sign-in (authentication).
• Stripe— payment processing. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how it handles payment data.
• Supabase — database and authentication storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep account and membership records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@appsnovo.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

NASCAR Optimals is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
